After my first week of SS, I am delighted with a 12lb loss!
I am now feeling extremely motivated to continue dropping the lbs!

Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
Week 16 - 20: -5lbs and -6.5 inches
Week 21 - 25: +8lbs and +4.5 inches (Barbados)
Week 26: +5lbs and -2 inches (last cwp weigh in 12st7lb)
Week 27: -6lbs (12st1lbs)
Total Loss: 41.5lbs and 44 inches
That. Is. Bloody. FANTASTIC!!!

I know! I'm so thrilled!
It makes overcoming the hurdles so worth it! I'm hoping I can see these next 11 weeks on SS through to the end without any blips. When I did the diet before the 810 week of meals were every 4 weeks! So 12 weeks will certainly be a challenge for me but I'm motivated and in the right frame of mind as things stand at the moment
I'll tell you this. You'll have blips. Of course you'll have.
The key is how you deal with the blips.
It's life. Blip means shrugging shoulders, saying "bollox" and powering on.
