    Current loss: 17lbs and 12 inches
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches

    week 13: -2lbs and -3.25 inches

    Hi thanks yes I'm on 4 shakes/ soup a day and 1 pint of skimmed milk. Was told I had to wait till my BMI is down to 40 before going in the steps. Day 14 today 😄

    Forgot to say I had my first weigh in on Thursday lost 9 3/4lbs but I felt I had lost more than that.
