    Hi I'm new to this site soooo glad I found it 😊. I have started Cambridge toast and just wondered what everyone was loosing 1st week?x

    Hi nick im on day 2 of 3rd and final attempt i lost 11lbs first weight in 2 years ago hope for at least 7 this week i will be happy about that
    Wk1= -14lbs loss
    Wk2 = -1lb loss = 15lbs total and 4.5 inches
    Wk3 = -2lb = 17lbs loss total
    Wk4 = -2lb =19lbs loss total

    Good luck with your journey drink plenty of water and if u feel hungry first few days have baths do your nails anything to keep mind off it

    Welcome on board! The first week is the hardest but the first weeks weigh in is the best!
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
    Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
    Week 16: +1.5lbs. Went from SS to Step 3 in same week! Not surprised at the gain!
    Week 17: -3.5lbs and -4 inches step 3!
    Week 19: -1.5lbs and -2.5 inches
    Week 20: -1.5lbs 11st 8 1lb off Barbados target

    It's my first week too. I usually lose weight verrry slowly no matter how much I stick to a diet, but I'll be a bit disappointed if I don't lose 5lbs. I can't really afford to do SS+ for more than 12 weeks, so I NEED to be as good as possible, and lose a decent amount before I have to start stepping up. Good luck with your first weigh-in.
    Aiming to lose 2st by the end of July

    Wk 1 - 6lbs
    Wk 2 - 3.5lbs
    Wk 3 - 1lb
    Wk 4 - 5lbs



    100% days so far this week - 2/3
