    Weight loss on stabilisation

    Hello!

    Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but I can't really find any info on this.

    For those of you that have worked the steps, how much loss (if any) have you had on each step?

    I'll probably be about a stone off goal when moving up the steps (a week on step 2 and two weeks on each subsequent step) and I'm wondering if it's possible to lose that stone in those 7 weeks?

    Any experiences would be very interesting to read!
    START: 14st 7lbs - 89cm waist / 111cm hips

    10th - 13th April:
    13st 13 lbs (-8lbs) - 88cm waist / 110cm hips
    14th - 20th April: 13st 9 lbs (-4lbs) - 85.5cm waist / 109cm hips
    21st - 27th April: 13st 6 lbs (-3bs) - 84cm waist / 108cm hips
    28th - 4th May: 13st 2 lbs (-4bs) - 83cm waist / 106.5cm hips
    5th - 11th May: 12st 12 lbs (-4bs) - 82cm waist / 105.5cm hips
    12th - 18th May: 12st 9 lbs (-3bs) - 81cm waist / 104.5cm hips
    19th - 25th May: 12st 6 lbs (-3bs) - 80cm waist / 103cm hips

    SS (46 days): Lost - 29lbs / 9cm from waist / 8cm from hips

    26th May - 13th June (On and off plan):12st 12 lbs (+6lbs)

    Just noticed no one had posted and thought i'd just say that there is a lass on a social media site and she's on her first week of Step 3 working up the plans and she's lost 3lbs this week.....so decent losses are doable
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
    Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
    Week 16 - 20: -5lbs and -6.5 inches
    Week 21 - 25: +8lbs and +4.5 inches (Barbados)
    Week 26: +5lbs and -2 inches (last cwp weigh in 12st7lb)
    Week 27: -6lbs (12st1lbs)

    Total Loss: 41.5lbs and 44 inches

    That was me! I never did ss. I was step 2 all the way. I have lost almost 3 stone on step two with losses between 5 and 1lb per week. I'd say you can lose that last bit working up the steps. That's what I'm doing and. By the time I finish I will be at goal weight with a healthy idea of what to eat and a better relationship with food. Well that's what I like to think! Step three is reintroduction of carbs and I'm scared but excited too.

    My last week of step 2 was 3lbs. However that week I did have a 7 course tasting menu with a glass of wine for each course for my anniversary so I ate more as of I were on step 3. I will let you know how I do this week. I am step three proper now! As only 3lbs to go.
