    ill

    Only on my fourth day and I feel awful I have woke up with a sore throat, sore head feel quite fluie. What will make me feel better x

    sleep and water i'm afraid! Doesnt sound diet related if thats any help
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
    Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
    Week 16: +1.5lbs. Went from SS to Step 3 in same week! Not surprised at the gain!
    Week 17: -3.5lbs and -4 inches step 3!
    Week 19: -1.5lbs and -2.5 inches
    Week 20: -1.5lbs 11st 8 (no inches taken)
    Week 21: In Barbados
    Week 22: +14lbs and +10 inches (heavier than i was in June!)
    week 23: -6lbs and 3"
    Week 24: STS and 2.5"

    Total Loss: 42.5lbs and 42 inches
