    Hello everyone, update from me, been back on food for 11 weeks now and to date have gained 2lbs since my final diet weigh in.

    A few ups and downs (gained 9lbs on a 2 week holiday), but I am happy with my progress, would like to get to the point where I start to be lighter than when I finished the Cambridge diet.

    I have been doing the 5:2 diet and trying to track my calories on the '5' days with a few binges now and again.

    I hope my success helps motivate people.

    I recently went back to work at a places I was at over a year ago, 4 stones lighter and some people didn't even recognise me, loads of compliments which has been a great motivation.

    15/01 Week 1 - 15lbs loss (SS)
    22/01 Week 2 - 5lbs loss (SS/SS+)
    29/01 Week 3 - 5lbs loss (SS+)
    05/02 Week 4 - 2lbs loss (SS+)
    2 stones lost 06/02/14
    12/02 Week 5 - 3lbs loss (SS+)
    19/02 Week 6 - 4lbs loss (SS+)
    26/02 Week 7 - 4lbs loss (SS+)
    05/03 Week 8 - 3lbs loss (SS+)
    3 stones lost 06/03/14

    12/03 Week 9 - 3lbs loss (SS+)
    19/03 Week 10 - 2lbs loss (SS+)
    21/03 Week 10.5 -2lbs loss (SS+) Overall loss on SS+ 48lbs, 16st 8lbs

    28/03 Week 1 - +2lbs gain (5:2 Diet and 2300 calories per day max)
    03/04 Week 2 - 2lbs loss (5:2)
    10/04 Week 3 - STS
    01/05 +4lbs (after 17 day holiday)

    Wow thats amazing! I plan on attacking maintenance with 5:2 as well so i'm interested in how you're finding it! Us Cambridge diet folk should be pro's at being under 500 cal! lol
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
    week 11: -6lbs (new measurements taken)
    week 12: -2lbs and -3.75 inches
    week 13: -2lbs and -3.25 inches
    week 14: STS and -3 inches.
    Week 15: -0.5lb and -2.5inches. I don't get it

    Total Loss: 43.5lbs and 40 inches
