How do you renew your motivation/will power?
I don't write very often on here, but read people's posts everyday. I started Cambridge 24-2-14 and as of Wednesday have lost 3 stone 2 pounds. So although this is great, I feel my will power has taken a dive in the last few weeks, incidentally I have lost much less in the past 3 weeks. I have cheated several times. And as I sit here, I just ate a bowl of cereal. I don't know why! I have since tossed the box of cereal away. But I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?I've never had this level of success on a diet, and I have at least another few stone to lose. Since my first cheat, all I can do is think of food! I'm so worried that I can't get back to being 100%. Any words of advice/wisdom are greatly appreciated!
