Maximise losses

Hi, got a holiday in 5 weeks... Wanted to no how to maximise my losses before I go. I have been on as for 7 weeks and lost 2 stone... But have been havin skimmed milk in my teas/coffees and no exercise.
I've stopped my milk and was planning to exercise bit I've read mixed views on exercising on ss... Will it hinder my losses as I'm on so little calories it will just store whatever I do take on as fat?
Need to loose as much as possible in 5 weeks... Ideally stone in half!!!

Follow the diet 100% and you'll lose weight. Your body is the judge as to how much and there isn't really anything you can do to hurry things along. I do exercise (Pilates) for half hour every day but that's because I'd rather lose inches than weight and I want to try and tone at the same time.
Cut out the milk and SS 100% and you'll lose weight :)

Current loss: 28lbs and 21inches

I'd be cutting out the milk too if you want to maximise your weight loss. Plus the coffee. You should only drink peppermint tea and SS until your hols if you've that much to lose. It is doable if you're 100% committed. You need to be on Step 2 to exercise without hindering your weightloss or damaging your body. I tried daily gym sessions while on SS+ and it stalled my weightloss and got me a 4 day stay in hospital.

I drink a lot of herbal tea over coffee now. I can count on one hand the number of coffees I've had in 2 months and I used to be a 15 cups a day girl

Current loss: 28lbs and 21inches

What's wrong with black coffee?im going to have lots of green and peppermint tea. I also use the juice flavourings would this in anyway hinder me?
Thanks for feedback

Large amounts of caffeine hinders weight loss whereas peppermint tea is known to speed up digestion.

Thanks, what about green tea? Any ideas on the Cambridge juice flavourings shall I stop this? And the mouse mix

Green tea is fine as are the flavourings and mix a mouse as long as you're not exceeding the recommended daily usage.
