    Weight loss and breast loss

    sorry guys,

this is has been bugging me I have 110lbs to lost and was wondering how much my bust is going to shrink.
Has anyone had a significant weight loss in their bust?
I wouldn't say I have huge breasts but like the size they are at.
If the general answer is yes is there a way to build back muscle or size of them without breast implants?

    Would appreciate any advice.

I have lost 3 1/2 stone and gone from a 36h to a 34gg, though I suspect in the next month or so I'll be a 34g. Don't know if that helps at all...when I was a size 10, many years ago I was about a 34c. Good luck!

I have gone down in chest size but the cup size has stayed the same. So although they are smaller they have remained in the same proportion with the rest of me. I've lost almost 3 stone and I'm now a 32D/DD from a 36D/DD. When I hold an old bra against me I think of look silly with boobies that big still!

If you do lose boob size there's not much you can do about it. The muscle underneath won't make them bigger just more like pecs. The round wobbly bit is breast tissue and fat and the bigger they are you probably have more far so once you lose some fat they'll be smaller. But perkier in the long run! Having said that some are lucky enough to keep most of their cleavage when they lose weight.

Sounds to me like you need a new bra Lizz! I couldn't believe how much better I felt with a actual fitting bra on!

Hi, InnerMe. After 3 stone lost, I'm down from a 36KK, to a 34K. I've lost a lot of the fullness and they look and feel rather sad. I have another 4 stone to go, so I think I just have to chalk this up as one of the sacrifices along the way to better health. Sorry not to have a more reassuring slant on things but I prefer to recount my experiences honestly. Hopefully as yours are more within normal size range, you'll get perky not deflated! Everyone's experience is different.
