    Back to Cambridge it is then!

    Hi everyone

    Hope I'm posting in the right place.

    I'm Kelly, I did soul source last year 100% just 3 shakes a day and 3 litres of water, absolutely no cheating and I lost exactly 4 stone in 12 weeks. Felt amazing but really struggled with maintenance as I'm vegetarian and just couldn't find much to have for the meal on 810. Got fed up, gave up and here I am back again with the 4 stone I lost plus another one!

    Starting back on Cambridge tomorrow. Excited to get the weight off just worried that I'll fail at maintenance again.

    Have they brought any new products out lately? Think I read somewhere about rice pudding or something?

    Hope you get on well tomorrow! I have been on SS for almost 2 weeks now, but I haven't done the cambridge plan so am nt sure what products they had previously! There is a rice pudding, I tried it and it wasn't that nice, so I swapped my other packet. Does your CDC not have lots of products they bring with them? Mine brings 3 really bigs bags when she come over for my weight ins! What products have you got to start with?

    Well my CDC is on a course until next week but I really want to get started so I'm being a bit naughty and starting tomorrow with products I have left in the cupboard from last time. My CDC doesn't know I'm starting before I see her next week but I'm sure it will be fine! Need to get going while I'm motivated. When I lost my 4 stone last time I purely had the choc and strawberry sachet shakes as didn't really like the other flavours. Tried the porridge and it was ok(ish!)

    How much have you lost in almost two weeks?

    I can't see a problem with that, are they still in date? It's good being so keen to get started, shame about your CDC being away!
    On my first official weigh in I lost 4lbs, and 7 inches. I haven't had my weigh in this week (my OH also started CWP with me and way away for work so getting weighed on Thursday) - going by my scales which are now a permanent feature in my kitchen I have lost 7lbs this week. I am going on holiday in 8 weeks and would love to loose 2 1/2 stone before then, but I may have started a bit late for that!
    I really like the chocolate mint shakes and chocolate orange shakes. I haven't tried the porridges, but am not that keen on porridge. As far as the soups go most are ok...apart from the spicy tomato which I can't stand. I am looking forward to being able to have bars/water flavourings/ mousse mix now I have been on SS for 2 weeks. My CDC's delivery was missing stuff last week so she only had the oriental chilli soup, I am getting fed up with it now so looking forward to some more variety. The first week I has a selection of all the soups and shakes, to get to know what I liked. For next week I placed an order so I can get exactly what I want and know it will be in stock ( otherwise me and the OH start fighting over which shakes we want lol).

    Hi Kate, hope you've had a good day.

    Aw it's nice that you've got OH to go through it all with. My OH is one of those annoying people who can eat what they want and not gain a single pound!

    Sounds like you're doing really well.

    My first day has been good. Been at work today and it's been manic so haven't had a chance to think about it really. We've got a two year old daughter and I work part time so the real test will be tomorrow when I'm at home.

    I'm not a fan of soup at all. Decided I'll stick to the shakes for now and maybe the odd porridge.

    I'm sure you can lose 2 1/2 stone for your hols. When I did Cambridge the first time round I was 15 st 2 lb to start with and I lost 2 1/2 stone within 7 weeks so it's definitely possible.

    I'm starting at 16 1/2 stone this time, it's the heaviest I've ever been and I feel dreadful but hopefully it will soon start to shift!

    OH is a nightmare sometimes, the other night he decided he was really hungry (probably due to only having 1 shake all day) and wanted a chicken kebab for dinner, so instead I cooked some prawns and spinach- was racking my brains to work out something SS+ friendly to cook!
    Also had my weigh in last night and lost 8lbs, result! I also got quite a few bards to try for the next week, as I am working away for work so hopefully they will make it a bit easier. How are you getting on? When are you seeing your CDC?
