    Start BMI: 37.4
    Current BMI: 34.7
    Goal BMI: 24.9


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 4st5lb
    % Lost 7.33%

    Back after 6 years!!

    Hi all,

    This is my third attempt at the plan, the last one was back in 2008!!!! Weight has been up and down ever since and even though I think this plan is soooo hard the results make it worth it. Nothing worse then being on a diet, struggling like mad and losing half a pound (lets all give her a clap anyway). So, been cutting down on the carbs and see my cdc tomorrow at 5:30 - wish me luck! I will update my stats when I get back

    Week 1 = 5lbs
    Week 2 = 3lbs
    Week 3 = 2lbs
    Week 4 = 2lbs
    Week 5 = 5lbs



    These are my old results but will keep them here to remind me


    Week 1 = -9lbs
    Week 2 = - 2lbs
    Week 3 = - 3lbs 1st stone gone
    Week 4 = - 4lbs
    Week 5 = - 7lbs (although v ill)
    Week 6 = Off plan to try and get well
    Week 7 = Off plan as training course in Torquay
    Week 8 = - 1.5bs (v happy as had put on 6 whilst off plan so lost that and more in 5 days)

    Welcome back Choppygirl

    The one thing about a vlcd is that you know that you are going to have a good loss most weeks especially at the beginning of your journey and it is very motivating to see the scales going down so fast and finally feel you are getting somewhere with all the effort.

    I have 6 weeks before I go on holiday so want to lose about 20lbs before then. I know I won't be able to stick at it on holiday so am prepared to put some back on but then will knuckle down and hopefully be in a very good place by Christmas. Strangely enough I am quite excited.

    I understand the excitement as you know that you are going to lose the weight

    I am just looking at your signature and you had brilliant weight loss the last time and I find it normally follows the same pattern if you stick with it 100%
