Day 1 - getting hungry!
Half past 1, and i am getting hungry - went out and bought some sugar free chewing gum which seems to help however the water is making me hungry! how is that possible!
Doesn't help that EVERYONE seems to be eating their food infront of me in my office.
One of my colleague currently sitting infront of me munching a cheese and ham roll with salad and salad cream!! waaaaaaaaaaah!
Its only day 1!!!
This is day 6 of week one for me.
I know what you mean, but what I've seem to do is drink gallons of water (sparkling seems to fill me up !) and herbal tea in evenings. Anyone eating I have actually moved myself away and done another job or just moved from the room for a little while.
I also kept thinking that everyone on here have told me the first week is the worse, so keeping that in mind kinds helped me coz I know it's going to be awful. - not sure if that makes sense -
When you chew, gum or food, your stomach starts making acid to digest what's coming, then obviously nothing hits it coz its gum - hence - you're hungry. You're confusing your stomach. lol
Well, good luck, Im in mind to think the first 2 weeks maybe hard , I'm finding not having food in my hand or using a fork a bit mind blowing but just keep looking at the before and after pictures posted. I love the fact that a lot of them are only after 8 weeks and such a difference. I wanna post pics on here in a couple of months.
please stay off the gum hun. It will keep you out of ketosis, and it will also make you more hungry. Just drink more water and keep reminding yourself why you want to do the diet. to get 100% out, you need to put 100% in and then the diet wont let you down :)
I find hot water more filling than cold, but Lizzie is right step away from the gum.xx. good luck and stick at it by the end of weekone it will totally be worth it.xx
