    New starter 2/7/14

    Hey all,

    After a a lot of hassle getting my CD form signed by my dr, I finally started the plan today.

    Because my BMI is high, having to start of step 3 but looking forward to seeing some results, I have tons to lose!

    Will be taking part in challenges to keep motivated :-)
