So I decided to start on Monday as i am working away from home this week so i thought it would be easier to stick to! Not been too bad, no headache at all which is unusual for me! have had at least 2 litres of water plus coffee though so thats maybe why. I have felt bit peckish now and again but not too bad. the meAl seems quite big i have been buying lettice bAgs amd estimating the 80g but the protein level is surprisingly high, i am a bit concermed I am not doing it properly but i weigh in on friday and will find out then i guess!!

Hi, I started on Step 2 as well, 24 days ago. I absolutely love it! I have only had the quiche up to now, yes every day for 3 weeks and 3 days lol, I love the quiche and it's measured out exactly. I have the same flavour shake every day too. It suits me to do it this way, eliminating choice, I have found it super easy to do. I don't think I quite make the 810 cals a day though when I put my daily consumption into MyFitnessPal.

I have lost a full stone today, 14lb in 3 weeks and 3 days. I haven't cheated once and I'm not tempted in the slightest by the goodies in the cupboard. I've carried on life perfectly normally, ordered a chinese takeaway for the family, went and collected it and dished it out and still wasn't tempted.

It's all about determination at the end of the day. looking at your goals and deciding yourself if it's something you really want I think. Good luck slimming4summer for your weigh in today :)

wow thats great thanks so much and well done!!!
i am inspired now even more
do you make a quiche? whats the recipe? sounds a great idea especially if you can have it split rather than eat in one go

How did your weigh in go?

The quiche is so easy to make, the recipe is on page 34 of the booklet that your Consultant should have given you when you started. The recipe is for 195cal meal, so I make over double that and cook it in one of those flexible sandwich tin sized thing. I then cut it into 8 and eat 3 of them for my 200 cals. I then throw one of them away at the end of the day, I sort of keep that one for if I feel like I'm going to have a craving for food, which I haven't had so far. I then have 4 pieces left for the next day.

It's all a bit anal really, but I do the same thing again, eat 3 slices and throw one away. It's all part of the eating process for me for when I get back to normal size and normal eating throwing some of the food away, it's something I could never do, I would have to lick a plate clean including the kids left overs. Training my brain to put the leftovers in the bin rather than mouth! lol

great thanks for that i havent looked at recipes so that sounds nice and i am similar that i like to keep something in reserve food wise i like your thinking
