    first weigh in tonight

    Hi its my first weigh in tonight and i was wondering do you stop drinking your water a couple of hours before WI or just carry on as normal?? when i was on SW most of us wouldnt eat or drink for a few hours before.lol.
    wk1= -8lb
    wk2= -4.2lb
    wk3= -2.8lb
    wk4= -2.8lb
    wk5= cdc on holiday, no wi.
    wk6= -6.6lb
    wk7= -1.8lb
