Hello all

Ive done Lipotrim previously which is also a vlcd but 3 shakes previously and lost nearly 4 stone.

Anyway im back for round 2 after having a baby, im at my mums for a hol for 2 weeks n it was really difficult having my shakes in front of everyone without raising eyebrows ... So i did some research and had a cwp consultant come. Shes soooo lovely!! Anyways i got some soups and bars of her.. The bars are bleedin delicious!!! Anyway i was mixing LT and Cambridge products so still having 3 products but my consultant said i try doing just cambridge products for a week n see what loss i get. What are your opinions on mixing the products... Do you think my loss will slow or is it not a good idea

Ive got loads of LT left do my consultant said do just Cambridge this week but than when you go back home you can go back on your LT

i loved the idea of being able to have a soup or bar if i fancy so im worried now about mixing

Im really suprised at the range of products cambridge has and suprised i never really consisted it before as apparently losses Are just as good as lipotrim x

Would love some thoughts and advice xx

As far as i remember with lipotrim you mixed fruit withe the shakes. Thats an absolute no no on cambridge as you'll never get into ketosis and you need ketosis to stop the hunger pangs.

Thank you for the reply.

No fruits on LT. Its strict 3 shakes per day made from the sachets (add water) and nothing else. Complete total food replacement. Think it tots up to 450 cals per day and its a ketogenic diet.

Im having a Cambridge bar, soup n porridge today n wondering thst the cals are slight higher... I hope ill still have a good loss. It would work out much better if i could mix the products as i have loads of LT shakes.

I think i might try Cambridge for the next 7 days n not mix n see wat happens.

Ill probs go back to LT as i have stuff left over.

It would be nice to have the odd bar/soup though'n

Cambridge and Lipotrim were both originally produced by the Howard Foundation to begin with and both are very similar.

I don't see a problem in mixing the two as each pack or bar is one third of your daily allowance.

Thanks gorgeous!! You are a wonderful source of knowledge! Much appreciated

How you getting on? Xx
