Started yesterday - Sunday 13/07/2014. It was a good start , didn't feel hungry at all and didn't get any cravings, but I ask myself how long can I keep it up for?? I'm leaving on the 18th for summer holiday, trying to figure out what I should do!! I have been struggling with my weight for the past 20 years and now I need to lose 5 stones.:-(( . I feel this time is different and I'm determined in succeeding with it. Any new starters please share your journey too as it will be very helpful to read each other's process as we are starting.
