Step 1 Sole Source Need all your vaulable opinions

I am trying to lose 3 stones but having already lost 6.5 stones through SS I am need of some serious toning up.

Here's where I need the help:

I don't know if I should continue with SS to lose the next 3 stone or

If I should continue with my personal trainer (only had him for 5 days now, an hour 5x a week for weight training) who has put me in high protein, no carbs and dairy diet?

I would love to lose at least a stone in the month, but I don't know if that's possible

Any input is appreciated!

Why don't you go up to a higher plan and do both? So go on step 3?

I feel like I won't have too much of a loss on that plan. I really would like to continue doing SS and try and continue with the training :(

If you do that you'll end up in hospital. The absolute minimum plan you should be on if you're exercising at all is Step 3.

You'll burn out! If you do exercise on SS make it light exercise (Pilates, yoga) and be warned that it will slow your losses. Please don't try and do SS and 5 times a week with a PT. You'll end up passing out

I have moved up the steps and lost the last few lbs I needed to reach goal doing that including in step 3. It's a good step if you want to exercise. If you try to do ss and exercise with a pt you'll faint, feel sick and do your body damage as you're not giving it enough to repair itself after such intense exercise. With the amount you're doing having 1000 calories a day you would definitely still lose weight once you're over the initial muscle and water repair gain in the first week or so.

Please don't try to do ss and all that exercise!
