Hi, I'm new to this and after a bit of advice please. I've been on step 2 for just under a week now (as advised by my consultant) and not doing too badly. No cheats or anything I'm not even hungry. The problem I'm having is I'm struggling to have all my shakes or bars. I just can't seem to stomach them. The thought of eating/drinking anything makes my tummy churn. Is it normal to feel like this? Two days now I've had a nibble of my bar and felt ill so not ended up having it. I've already had my consultant out to change some products so I don't want to keep dragging her out lol.
I'm due to be weighed Wednesday morning, I'm feeling pretty positive just need to get over this little hurdle.
Any help would be great.
