    Hi Blue flower, good luck on starting. Remember drink lots of water and keep yourself distracted! The first few days get gradually harder but once you get into ketosis you'll feel great!

    I started this week too. I have 5st to lose so a little bit more than you.

    How are you finding it? I was hungry for the first three days but not really now. Although I'm doing a mix of ss and ss+ so I do get to eat the evening.

    Hi! I have around 4 stone to loose. It feels like I'm starting this week as I went on holiday last week after only doing a week on ss! First couple of days I also felt hungry but once ketosis kicked in I felt great and not hungry at all how is it going for you?

    Yes the first few days are definitely the worst! Make sure you drink loads of water and have some paracetamol on hand if u get a headache...once past that stage it gets so much easier!
