Coming out of ketosis?

Hi
can anyone give me advice?

i have recently stopped the cambridge diet as I found it too difficult however was wondering the best way to come out of ketosis without a massive weight gain. If I keep my diet restricted ie. 800 to 1000 calories and build from there would that work?

thank you

The main thing about coming out of ketosis and preventing weight gain is how you reintroduce carbs back into your diet so it would help if you work up the CD steps gradually as it will help to prevent carb overloading.

Here is a link to stepping your way into SSing and if you do the reverse of it...spending a few more extra days in each step you should prevent immediate weight gain which can be very disheartening.

If you've eaten anything carby you're already out of ketosis. To prevent a lot of quick weight gain keep it low calorie, low carb and build up to about 1400 calories a day and 1200 if you wish to lose 1 lb a week.
