    Day 3 - Soooooo hungry!

    Hi everyone
    Please please tell me that it gets easier tomorrow?
    I'm a first timer and am feeling so excited on losing my weight and getting back to the old me. I'm just out of a long term relationship that I was unhappy in for longer than I realised and ended up putting on 2 stone!
    I want to lose around 4 stone in total but my initial goal is 2 stone by the end of October for my friend's wedding.
    I'm looking for any other new starters to share our experiences!

    I can promise it will get easier once you are in ketosis. Once you pass the low carb flu and start getting that elated feeling you'll wonder why you didn't do this before. But it is hard at first. I hope Cambridge works for you like it did for me and you feel better for it.

    Hi - you've done so well losing two and a half stone - do you mind me asking how long it's taken you? I'm really hoping tomorrow is easier, like everyone is saying. x
    New me after a relationship breakdown. All is great!
    First Goal is to lose as much weight as I can by 20th Oct - hoping to fly out to some winter sun!

    My stats aren't quite up to date, I use the app mostly so keep forgetting to update! I've lost three stone altogether on Cambridge. In about4/5 months including weddings and health scares and Easter. I started on step 2 and lost the last half stone as I was moving up the steps. I've been maintaining for over a month now. It will get easier but it might not be tomorrow. It'll be whenever you go into ketosis and that's different for everyone. Good luck though. Xxx

    Hey, what steps are you doing? it's my 2nd day today, felt grumpy as everyone in office had lots of cookies etc, i was wrong lol! i must admit i did sniff the packet!

    i'm on step 2 im nervous about weigh in as i feel its hard work already haha.

    Hiya, I had my first week weigh in today -- 7lb! Don't know if that's good or bad for first week but has motivated me had a horrid weekend trying to stick with it lol had a few forks of tuna as was so hungry better than carby crisps!
