Hi all......surely I shouldn't be feeling so hungry on day 7 of this diet. I'm on 3 shakes a day, drinking between 3 and 4 ltrs of water and no cheating at all.
Has anyone else felt like this? I thought the hunger pangs should have gone by day 4.
I was exactly like you, thinking OMG why's it not happening for me like everyone else but it did get easier. After my 2nd weigh in it got easier and easier. I had the same thing about toothpaste plus panicked about green tea lol. It's all fine though. The thing to remember is as long as your 100% you will lose weight x
