Step 1 Sole Source GONNA REACH MY GOAL

Hey everyone so im new to this, im hoping to get some support of other people through my journey, i started SS a year and a half ago but found out i was pregnant so just after having a baby and im ready to reach my goal of 9st12lbs currently 12st12lbs. how is everyone getting on? im on day 3 so far its okay i forgot how hard it was :/
 
Best of luck! I'm Irish too. Started 30th January and hit goal mid May. I've been maintaining since but I's like to lose another 1/2 a stone now.
 
hi, oh really? fair play thats great stuff! you must feel amazing? any tips and secrets ;) and do u have 3 shakes a day and 200kals or just 3 shakes . thanks for replying :D
 
I just had 3 shakes for the first 2 weeks and then 3 shakes plus chicken or tuna and leaves in the evening. Moved to ww then to get the last few lbs off. Now just eating moderately with shakes.
 
Yes i walked regularly once I i was eating. You should be on step 2 for exercise though.
