If you've overdone the protein then at least you won't be out of ketosis (depending on what additives were in the burgers)! So that's a good thing! As for falling off the too many calories wagon just get back on it! You'll continue to drop lbs but now you've seen the effect of the loss of having too much remember this feeling next time you're tempted and use it to stay on the straight and narrow? Good luck! Xxx
