    Hi beauts

    Hope you are all getting on ok. I am seven days late and no signs as of yet. I know Vlcd do mess up with time of the month but I'm no where near underweight.
    Today is the beginning of week 15 but I'm currently really worried. Oh yeah I'm not sexually active.
    My consultant reckons I might not even see it at all but after refeed my hormones will balance out again.

    Any opinions will be appreciated

    Mine was all over the place too, I had one every 10 days!! Wouldn't worry about it, mine are fine now.

    Good don't be surprised if you're early or late next time as well. Periods can be all over the place on this diet.

    This is interesting, I have my first meeting tomorrow. Due to my weight my periods are almost non existent, so am hoping losing a bit of weight on Cambridge will fix things! Doesn't sound like it will though!

    It will probably but short term whilst on Cambridge they came be affected but be careful what you wish for the very low cals can cause more bleeding than usual! Xxx

    I think overall Cambridge will get you healthier in no time and your body resets itself.
    I'm in week 15 and cannot believe how much time has flown by. Stay consistent and positive x

    I've never had a problem with mine whilst on plan ( maybe a day or two either side ) but certainly nothing major.
    We're all different so it may actually help regulate yours :-)

    Lowest weight to date Aug 2012 = 10st7 ?

    Yet ANOTHER restart 22 Sept 2014 = 16.13

    current weight 15.5 ( - 22 lb in 4weeks )
