    Newbie

    Hi I'm new it the diet,
    and am looking for some support. Today is my first day on ss, I'm trying to stay focused but I'm hungry :-(

    Start weight Feb 2012 = 17st 3, Lowest weight to date Aug 2012 = 10st7 ? Yet ANOTHER restart 22 Sept 2014 = 16.13 current weight 13.12 stone

    Thanks I think I'm going to need it, I was fine until about half an hour ago when I felt hungry :-( nut I'm going to ride it through... How are you finding it, any good good for me

    Night times are often the hardest for people but your right to keep strong, once you see a good drop on those scales it will all be worth it. Keep yourself busy by reading stuff on here or look at everyone's before and after photos.
    Lots of water or herbal teas to keep you full up x x x
