    Well here it is... A new month a new challenge! Just write down how much you would like to loose and keep us all updated with your progress each weigh in

    I'm going for 10lbs this month as my losses have started to slow down

    Wk 3: 3lbs. (One stone loss)

    WK 10: 4lb (2 1/2 stone loss)
