    Day One... step two...

    OK so I've survived my first day on step two (so far)! Just had my little dinner and not feeling too bad.
    I could do with some ideas for 200 cal meals as tonight I literally had grilled chicken breast, some green pepper and a handful of salad leaves as I wasn't sure what spices etc I can have! Anyone have any ideas or a link to some recipes? Xx

    Week 5 : ˝ (poorly sick)

    You can add any herbs and spices to everything. I was a bit short on time when I was on step two so I liked the speed of a couple of soft boiled eggs with asparagus soldiers. But if you like to experiment try a homemade falafel. Baked not fried. It's delicious.
