Hi

Can anyone who may be on step 2 tell me if their monthly cycles went haywire? I am only on day 6 and I should have started my period 2 days ago. I am usually on time and I am not pregnant. Surely after 6 days of the diet it wouldn't mess me up that quickly??

It's the low cals that can mess up your period and it can be quick. Happened to me in the first week or so so panicked totally and called my cdc! But was told it was ok. Xxx

The exact thing happened to me. I was a week late but it did came eventually. Hang in there. You will be there.

Happened to me. There's loads of threads on here about it. I basically had a period every 10 days whilst on ss, went straight back to normal once I moved up the steps. Completely normal so don't worry. Just make sure your using contraception if your not wanting a baby as can make you really fertile.

Total loss - 3 stone 12lb :)

I'm with Liz - went for months with a period every 10 days - hoping I don't this time round!

Well I have managed 6 days on cambridge and Lost 12lb but couldn't continue any longer. Started back with ww and my period has started. We are trying for another baby and I really didn't want my cycles messing up. Happy with my loss though it's given me a great boost and I haven't done my usual starting another diet let's binge for a week lol. Good luck with everyone's weight loss journeys xx

In 2012 I managed over 6 months virtually on SS WITHOUT any effect on my TOTM.

I'm currently onto day 20 this time and mine is over a week late

No chance of being pregnant as I had a tubal tie, but a bit cheesed off though as the scales have been very slow to move this week and I keep thinking its going to arrive the next day but to no avail so far and its very frustrating !

Angel its a nightmare isn't it! My period came within 2 days of starting Cambridge (day 11) and it's still going now! Hope it stops soon and yours starts! X

Oh my lord, I'm sure that's worse than not having it, fingers crossed it regulates its self for you soon. Still no sign of mine but I guess its not the end of the world x x
