Hi, I'm new to this site so don't really know my way around but am starting tomorrow and need support! I've tried and failed to get going about 7 times in the last 4 months and am fed up. X

    Hi all,

It's my first day today too! I did Cambridge about 7 years ago and lost almost 3stone.

In the last 5 years I've had 3 kids (yes I've been busy) and reAlly piled on the pounds. I want to lose 4 stone but finding restarting so very tough especially with the little ones and the Unpredictable nature of having kids. Usually one sleepless night is enough for me to snap. But it's almost my birthday (in 2 weeks) and Id love to have the confidence boost that comes with weight loss.

Would love to buddy up with anyone who needs moral support and motivation like me. Good luck on all ur journeys xxx

Hi all! Love all the support.
Numptymum , day 1 and 2 have been as i expected! I have stuck 100%. Just need to keep motivated! Your 10lb loss in week 1 must motivate you!
Sam , def we can stick together and do this! It is nice to know there are others going through the same thing.
Jacqui how was your first day , did you stick at it? You can do it and just think of the results you will get. Your stronger than you think. We all are.
Willpowerwoman how many days you been on ?
Yummy mummy when is your birthday mine is coming up too. 3 kids must be difficult as i have spoken to others who find they pick at the kids food too and its easier to go off track but you have done it before and you can do it again.
    Love to all xxx

    Hi ketty

I restarted 1st Aug but messed about a bit I then changed consultant 3 weeks ago and have lost 10lb so far with her in two weeks (I'm doing step three as I exercise) third weigh in tomorrow.

When's your weigh in day? Is it getting any easier for you? X

10lb loss is motivating but whats even more motivating for me right now is the small changes like more energy and no more aching joints x

Numptymum its crazy the amount of energy doing this. Never would i on a saturday went out power walking at 7am!!!! Thats great to hear about your aches and pains are easing.
Willpowerwoman why did you have to change consultants. I know its easy to say but if you stick 100% thats when you get the quick results. Last year i tried this and stuck 2 weeks then gave up so this time i am 100% committed. 10lbs in 2 weeks is a great result. It will keep you motivated. xxx

Thanks ketty I'm on step 3 as I exercise so losses r slower. I have the odd blip I'm not perfect but generally am able to reign myself in after. Had to change consultants as my old one had to stop because she was joining SW. How r u? Xx
