Step 2 and "fat free yoghurt"

Is anyone who has done step two able to tell me which fat free yoghurt I can have instead of my skimmed milk allowance please? It says 1% fat free natural yoghurt in the book but I feel this is a bit vague! I've been having Total 0% yoghurt and also a fat free natural yoghurt from aldi, do you think this is right? X
 
I can't help but just wanted to say love the name, I'm also a Mrs h and 1987 lol!
 
Awww really! Haha. And to add to that we weigh roughly the same too. I was 20st 12lbs (my scales at home said 21st 10lbs though!) when I started last week so not far off of you. I was told i had to do step 2 until my bmi was under 40- did they mention that to you?

What's step 2?!

I'm doing 4 packs a day! Suppose to have milk with it too but I'm not going too at min! but now woke up to day 2 lol! When did u start then last week?? How u finding It so far?!
 
Basically step 2 is the next step up from soul source/soul source plus, its where you have 3 packs plus a 200 cal carb free meal plus milk. There is a non food option on step two where you have 4 packs a day and milk so that might be what you're doing.

I started on 2nd October, got my second weigh in tomorrow night. I'm nervous though as on my first week my scales said I lost 10lbs but hers said 4lbs so I was gutted! So god knows what hers will say next week! But my scales have always been accurate in the past so I think I've lost a stone now in two weeks. I know it will slow down soon though and level off a bit.
I've found it OK for the most part but it's quite hard at weekends! :( day 5 was the hardest for me!

I don't think I could do the low 200cals I'm an all or nothing kinda person so I think if I ate one thing I would wanna just scoff loads lol! so I take my hat off to you!!!
Awww that's a bit pants... I bet her scales were wrong! Well done for sticking at it! I bet it shows u have lost a stone at next weigh in!!!!

Yeh I havnt done a weekend yet and I agree I think I will find it harder! Not the structure of work!

Sole source plus is the one with four pack and milk. Or is you're a man or a tall woman they let you have four packs on sole source. Step two is the three packs plus the meal. So you're having about the same amount of calories but just from different sources!

As for the yogurt have a look at the carb level in each of your preferred options and choose the one with the lowest!

Sole source is just three packs no milk for most women. If you're a man or a tall woman sole source is four packs no milk. Sole source plus is four packs plus milk or three packs plus very small meal and milk.

Not being blonde just sometimes hard to get the different versions. You're doing sole source plus. The losses on sole source, sole source plus and step 2 are very similar!

altho to be fair last night had to make myself eat my 4th pack but I wasn't Hungary n felt I needed it

Once you're not feeling hungry any more it's great! That's ketosis kicking in and you'll sail on through!

If your bmi is particularly higher you might be one more packs plus the milk. But the minimum you have to eat is three for the nutrients when you're not having anything else. So as long as you managed that you'll be ok nutritionally!

Keep focussed through the weekend and you'll see a great loss on the scales too! Remember if you fall off the wagon you've got to go through the headaches and yuckiness to get back into ketosis. So staying on the wagon is much better than feeling rubbish again!

that is all very true! I don't think it's worth headache on day 1 again lol!
Went to cinema tonight with some friends they all had popcorn and fizzy and I just drank my bottle water and it was I fine... I survived lol!
Now had my last pack of day and now drinking water and catching up with soaps! I hope it continues like this I'm feeling really positive and good! :)
 
How tall are you Sam?
 
I'm a 5f 5 but have about 10 stone to loose! So that's prob why I have 4....got long journey!!!
