Yeah this is my first week with the bars now as on week three! They are sooooo good, it makes it so much easier. I had one for lunch but really want one tonight! X

Yeah I can't wait until I can have bars! yeh going alright nearly at end of day 4! Been looking through all the inspiration pics today! It is much harder at the weekend without the strict routine of work!

Yep weekends are so hard! But once you get to the point of having the bars you will be flying! They actually feel like you're having a treat, hence me wanting another today haha!

I went shopping today and got a couple of new bits in the next size down

Thank you. I was just a bit confused as the labels on the peanut and mint are both lower carb.
I've done this diet before and only lasted a week and tried to re start a few times.
I'm re starting tomorrow and hopefully have some success.

I use to wonder that too. Peanut is the lowest. I think even having 3 bars of any type is ok if it makes you stick to it. It's still less than 600 cals. My weight loss averaged 3lb a week weather I was having shakes or bars.
