    CWP Bars...

    Hello, hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Am I right in thinking that you can only have one CWP bar per day? Or did I imagine that? X

    Yeah this is my first week with the bars now as on week three! They are sooooo good, it makes it so much easier. I had one for lunch but really want one tonight! X

    Yep weekends are so hard! But once you get to the point of having the bars you will be flying! They actually feel like you're having a treat, hence me wanting another today haha!
    Come tomorrow night you will be so proud of yourself that you've stayed on plan, promise!
    I went shopping today and got a couple of new bits in the next size down
    You have to celebrate the small victories on this diet otherwise you will go mad! Xx

    You can have three lemon bars a day of you like. But only one of the others. So you could have a peanut bar and two lemon bars.

    Hi, does anybody know why only the lemon you can have more than one of? As the mint and peanut are both also lower in carbs.

    Thank you. I was just a bit confused as the labels on the peanut and mint are both lower carb.
    I've done this diet before and only lasted a week and tried to re start a few times.
    I'm re starting tomorrow and hopefully have some success.

    I use to wonder that too. Peanut is the lowest. I think even having 3 bars of any type is ok if it makes you stick to it. It's still less than 600 cals. My weight loss averaged 3lb a week weather I was having shakes or bars.
