Ok so I'm on day 8 have been 100% no cheats and been doing 4 packs a day ( got a lot to loose) I really can't wait until my bars, I just really really wanna chew something!
So today I've had 2 packs and now about to have my tea of another shake but I really still can't get food out of my head... Would I do much damage if instead of a pack I had a tin of tuna?!
 
Ok well I've done it so today will be....
2 Shakes n 1 tin tuna and another shake
 
Make sure you have three packs for the nutritional content but instead of the fourth you could have tuna or maybe an ss+ meal as the four packs is a version of SS+. That way you get the food but tightly controlled. If food is out of bounds due to lack of control then ask your cdc about bars. If you're really struggling most cdc's will let you have bars early to help keep you on track!
