Step 1 Sole Source + Help!

Hello fellow Cambridge Dieters!

I'm just after a bit of advice/inspiration! I started the CWP on sole source/sole source + at the end of July and have lost just over 2 stone. Over the last 3 weeks I've been slipping up and just finding it so hard not to pick at work! I'm really angry with myself as I know I can do this, and most certainly won't reach my goal at Christmas!

I'm around halfway until I get to my goal and was wondering if anybody else has the midway slip up?

I'm going to join the gym at the weekend! I'm nervous but I need to do it now!

If anyone has any tips I would be so grateful! I would hate to let all my hard work go down the pan and still be obese by my next birthday! Xx
 
hi there

not too much advice as think we re all trying to work this one out but i often give myself the third degree when im in the act of self sabotage. why are you doing this? are you hungry or just greedy? do you want this as much as you want to be a healthy weigh? if i stop and think about it i sometimes put myself off.
