Step3 1000kcal Not losing weight

It's only my 7th day today. I've started on step 3 as I couldn't afford 3 products a day but only 2. I've lost 4.4lb on the first 4 days but then nothing. I know I shouldn't be weighing myself at home but
I can't resist. My af is due tomorrow. Could that be a reason for not losing anything for 3 days? I haven't cheated at all and feeling a bit deflated. :/
 
I know my body sometimes goes "Eeeep!" and keeps hold of the weight for a few weeks. I've had losses of 11 pounds, 8 pounds and all the way down to 2lbs and even a gain (though I had eaten a load of carbs before!)

As they say weighing every day isn't always the best plan. I admit I'm guilty of this, but I use the data to look for trends. If I'd quit after the 2lb weeks I'd never get the bigger weeks. When you average out my 30lb loss I've been loosing 4lbs a week. Slimming World and calorie counting I struggled with 1lb a week.

4.4 lb a week is FANTASTIC and really well done on you're fantastic first week, ensure you drink your water (I find that helps in my best loss weeks) and have faith and give it a few more weeks before deciding what to do.
