    3rd time please let it be the last

    Feeling ready starting tomorrow cd again . Managed to keep the weight off until my wedding , then I feel pregnant then miscarried at 12 weeks and just ate and ate and ate . Feel so embarrassed to be going back again but I'm rubbish with losing weight slow I need to see the lbs coming off . You would think I would have learnt by now . 3rd time lucky and hopefully last time xx
    week 1 lost :10lbs
    week 2 lost :6 lbs (totm)
    week 3 lost :4 lbs still (totm)
    week 4 lost :5 lbs and still totm
    week 5 lost :4 lbs raaaaaaaaaa and still totm.
    week 6 lost :cdc on holls
    week 7 lost :9 lbs still totm
    week 8 lost :3 lbs and back to the totm
    week 9 lost: 4lbs yay
    week 10 lost :4lbs wooooo
    week 11 : 4lbs yayayayayayay
    week 12 : 4lbs woooo
    week 13 :3lbs that was +small meal sole source plus (1 week)
    week 14 : 4lbs
    week 15 : 2lbs totm
    week 16 : 4lbs
    week 17 : 1 lb
    week 18 3lbs
    week :19 4 lbs


    re start 24th feb 2013 fingers crossed

    Week 1 : 9 1/2 lbs
    Week 2 : 5 1/2 lbs
    Week 3 : 4 1/2 lbs
    Week 4 : 3 lbs totm :>(
    Week 5 : 4 1/2 lbs
    Week 6: 4 lbs
    Week 7: 3lbs (after night out )
    Week 8: 4lbs
    Week 9: 3 1/2 totm

    Feel your pain... I'm back for the 4th time. The 3rd time I did it I really struggled as I didn't have a time limit or aim and I struggled to keep focused. I'm better if I know I need to lose weight for something big in particular.

    All I seem to have done is eat since my wedding last year. Not told any of my friends I'm on the diet as some of them can be really judgemental. I'm like you, I need to see it coming off quickly as it keeps me motivated! I've got about 3 stone to lose.

    Good luck and I'm back for my 3rd or is it 4th time lost count lol but I've made promises to the people I love that I will stick with it this time as in the past I gave up couldn't stick with it so tried other diets but like you can't stand slow losses
    So I want to make them see that I can do this and do it properly.
    This is day 4 for me and to be honest I'm breezing thru it had no inclines to cheat side effects arnt bothering me like they did previous attempts I guess I must have learnt my lesson and grew up
