    Starting 20th December need a buddy to share my journey with x

    Hi guys, im currently 21st 13lbs. I need a few buddies to share this experience with. I start the diet and then give up after a few days. I really hate myself for this but I haven't got any willpower ;-((. Just been told 1 of my best friends is getting married in 6weeks time and im scared, I don't normally do weddings tend to avoid them. Ive always been the big girl in the group and I just want to lose some weight before her big day plus continue to lose more after her weddings. Just need to be motivated and not quit ;-( ( my friends are size 6-10) im hoping to lose at least 2stones.. do you think I can do it? ???

    I started on the 24th November at 17st4lb and I'm currently 16st1lb I get weighed tomorrow so that will take me in to the 15 stone bracket in only 4 weeks on the diet.

    I've done this diet 3 times but never done it properly always allowed myself treats which set me back, but this time I'm doing it properly 100% ss and on a Sunday I have a ss+ meal I still get days where the smell of food makes me want to cave in but I remember how far I've come already and it stops me.

    Mayby you should try ss+ as you can still have a small meal and the losses are almost the same and you have to remember that it's not starving yourself but making you in to the person you want to be it's only torture if your not in the right frame of mind and it isn't forever.

    Hi!

    I've found Cambridge one of the easiest plans I've been on. If I eat anything other than my 3 products a day or my SS+ food allowance I'm cheating!

    I found my first week hard but kept focusing on the prize and I lost 11lb! So far, even with a few meals out and the like I've lost just over 2.5 stone. I'm finding Christmas hard, but really looking forward to the new year and a clean start.
    Started Cambridge 4/10/14

    M1: -11, -3, -4, +3 (-15)
    M2: -8, -5, -2, +1 (-14)
    M3: -3, -2, -2

    November 28th - January 5th - The month of Christmas! Meals out and temptations! Lets see how we do! So far -6lbs down!

    Fall down 7 times.... stand up 8.

    U can totally loose 2st in that time. It's about 1st a month on SS / Ss+ but usually the firstonth u loose more. Good luck xx

    Thats brilliant you guys are losing so much. Today it was a bit hard because I was home all day cooking cleaning.. I only tasted the salt and spices in the curry just to see if it was ok. Ive refused to cook for a few days so other half is a bit confused thinking whats wrong with her lol. Ive decided not to mention it to anyone yet.

    Because ive started and gave up on soo many diets. Best to keep quiet this time and hopefully surprise them with wearing a dress that doesn't fit me at the moment hehe

    How u getting on H?
    Keeping busy lol well I didn't tell any one I was on this diet except ma partner I wanted people to notice the weight loss without knowing I'm on a diet cos you know what it's like when people know it's like they are waiting for you to fail and also they feel obliged to ask how it's going this way is better and now that people are noticing I tell them xx

    Its ok, just a bit of a struggle if im honest. Cooking for my 22month old son and husband. My son is more interested in feeding lol. Lucky my husband was home late tonight so talked my way out of having tea with him. Its true Melissa people are just there to watch u fail. I have a very large extended family and I have to say im the largest from the ladies.

    When we have a wedding or get together I try that bit extra with my outfit make up and hair.. you will hear comments oh H you look lovely, but would look loads better if u lost the weight. Then all the diet tips start lol
