    Post 3rd Time Lucky!

    Well, I'm back again for the 3rd time. I did CWP last year and lost a stone. But yet again my weight crept back up on me and i gained my weight plus more. My target is to stick to this diet till the end. I have 4 stone to lose and i am currently a ballooned 17 stone 6 lbs. I am currently on day 3 and hope to lose weight with all you mini-mins. The 1st day was easy.. but day 2 was hard as i got bad hunger pangs but they faded after about an hour. So today is a bit easier than yesterday.. hope to be in Ketosis soon and start losing. People at work have been saying that it wont work but i just keep saying it will be worth it in the long run and that i proved it last year when i lost all my weight. I had my first shake at 12pm today but would normally have my 1st one about 9am. I am on nights tonight so i hope it goes well and i dont get stomach ache again. Going to have a fruits of the forest shake at around 4.30pm and then my last shake (Hot Chocolate Mint) at around 11pm. Has anyone tried the risotto sachet as i have one but don't know whether they are good. My CDC said that i have to drink a pint of skimmed milk (red top) a day but i don't really want it so just sticking to 3 shakes a day and loads of water, is this OK or dangerous? Anyway enough of me ranting on, hope you are all plodding along and losing them lbs.. Good Luck on your weigh ins, mine is Monday at 1pm.. Seeya later mini-mins!

    Good luck with you new attempt, onwards and downwards as they say!! I think you should have the milk or maybe some protein, there is obviously a reason they told you this, is this different to what you were told last year?

    She told me same last year but I didnt have the milk then as well. Dont really want the milk because theirs calories that can knock you out of ketosis

    If you're not having the milk Shane you should really be having 4 products a day! A lack of calories and nutrients will do more harm than good in the long run... An extra 150 kcals per day will do you no harm on the scales!

    welcome back, Ive had the risotto a few times and had it again this evening, I actually quite like it but I add a spoon of curry powder and a spoon of mixed herbs just to take away from the super strong / overpowering mushroom flavour.

    I posted photos on my diary but removed them from my phone . . .

    Good luck on your journey, don't let your work friends or anyone else get to you. You know the plan works, we've just got to crack the maintenance then we're fine . . . Billions of people do slimming clubs and don't get the stick we get but let's face it a slimming club would take 4 x as long to lose the weight we do on this so sit back and watch those lb's drop off:-)

    Im looking forward to losing the pounds and this site keeps me motivated knowing im not on my own doin CWP. So if I dont have the milk and just stop on 3 sachets will it affect my weightloss?? Dont know what to do lol.

    I'm not sure on if would affect your losses maybe have another word with your CDC ? :-)

    Had another good day today didnt get up whilst 3 today beacuse I was working nights last night. So had m A and C porridge at 3.30pm and then going to have a fruits of the forest shake at 10.30 pm then my last shake at 2am as I am on nights tonight. 4 days off after tonite so I will need plans. Wasnt happy when I got home this mornin as dog chewed through my phone line cutting my phone line and internet etc. So thats messed my plans up to keep my mind occupied! One thing after another lol. How your day gone?

    Well Day 5 going swimmingly lol. This time round i am finding it easier, but problem is i have tested myself on the Ketostix and i am still not in Ketosis so a bit worried i won't lose much as my weigh in is on Monday. Has anyone else not gone into Ketosis on Day 4 or later? Had a Strawberry shake made into a mousse at 2pm, going to have my next shake (Veg soup) at around 7pm and my last shake at 11pm which i think will have to be a hot chocolate mint. can i have the lemon bars on the 2nd week as my CDC said i can have bars from the beginning, but im sure your not allowed them till week 3? Sorted my Telephone line out now so i am relieved to get my internet back. No plans today as the weather is awful. Was going to take dog on a long walk but i think i'll give it a miss.. don't want to end up looking like a drowned rat haha. I've got 4 days off work now so need to think of ways to keep my mind occupied as when i am in the house i tend to get bored easily and that usually results in me rummaging through the cupboards for the nearest food. Still 100% with no blips so far.. touch wood. Has anyone tried the Spag Bol sachet yet? Im a big fan of Spag Bol but cant imagine the sachet being as tasty as the original thing. Whats everyone's plans today and are we sailing through the days! Also if i introduce a 120g skinless chicken fillet will it affect my weightloss because i am on SS?

    As a male of 6ft you definitely should be having four shakes or the three shakes plus milk.
    It will not negatively affect your weight loss.
    I've returned under a new username, having lost weight about 5 years ago and regained it two years later (due to not doing all the steps and facing a major life crisis)

    I think the chicken would be a good idea if your only having 3 products instead of the recommended 4 for your height etc . . . . . .

    Hope you have another fab day today, try not to take any notice of the keetostix, I never use them now but I did on my previous CWP journey and I found them quite unreliable. So long as you know your sticking to plan that's all you need to know x x

    Might introduce some chicken today seems as its Weekend lol. Usually my habits would start now with alcohol and takeaways, but this will be the first weekend in a while that i will be having a glass of water to replace my alcohol/fizzy pop, and shakes to replace my takeaways.. starting to notice a bit of weight loss on my face but i know this time next week people will start to notice as they did last year at around week 2 - 3. How you all getting on. Day 6 today, and i am about to have my 1st shake (A&CP) then my 2nd shake at around 6 o'clock which will be a chicken and mushroom shake then my last one at around 11pm (Hot Vanilla shake) Can i have the Lemon Bars on week 2 as im sure someone said you an start the Lemon bars straight from the word GO. as for the other bars, peanut, choc orange etc., they shouldn't be introduced till week 3, i believe. Going to take dog on a nice walk later to keep my mind occupied seems as the weather has picked up.. How are we all getting on and good luck on peoples weigh ins today

    Did you go wild and have the chicken lol, talk about rocking a weekend. It's amazing how our lives change so drastically when on plan and the best bit is once in the zone it shouldn't bother us stop much and we all know the results are worth it.

    Hi Angelupnorth, yes i decided to have a turkey fillet, i took all the skin off and cooked it in the Halogen Oven. I really enjoyed it and knowing i am still losing weight. The day has gone fine and i took the dog for a long walk earlier down brook. I also went to B and M bargains and bought some storm blue paint for my bathroom. Going to paint that tomorrow to keep my mind occupied. Yes this diet is changing our lifestyle and for the better. Seeing the difference in my weight soo early in the diet spurs me on to continue. Sweets and alcohol will still be there after the diet in moderations, whereas the weight would of gone. So had my treat for a Saturday night. Same time next week lol. Hows your day been?
