Well, I'm back again for the 3rd time. I did CWP last year and lost a stone. But yet again my weight crept back up on me and i gained my weight plus more. My target is to stick to this diet till the end. I have 4 stone to lose and i am currently a ballooned 17 stone 6 lbs. I am currently on day 3 and hope to lose weight with all you mini-mins. The 1st day was easy.. but day 2 was hard as i got bad hunger pangs but they faded after about an hour. So today is a bit easier than yesterday.. hope to be in Ketosis soon and start losing. People at work have been saying that it wont work but i just keep saying it will be worth it in the long run and that i proved it last year when i lost all my weight. I had my first shake at 12pm today but would normally have my 1st one about 9am. I am on nights tonight so i hope it goes well and i dont get stomach ache again. Going to have a fruits of the forest shake at around 4.30pm and then my last shake (Hot Chocolate Mint) at around 11pm. Has anyone tried the risotto sachet as i have one but don't know whether they are good. My CDC said that i have to drink a pint of skimmed milk (red top) a day but i don't really want it so just sticking to 3 shakes a day and loads of water, is this OK or dangerous? Anyway enough of me ranting on, hope you are all plodding along and losing them lbs.. Good Luck on your weigh ins, mine is Monday at 1pm.. Seeya later mini-mins!
