I've got a sample one to try - scared to though as I once tried the slim and save version which I didn't like. Will let you know what it's like - might try it tonight x

It's not quorn but it's got a similar consistency. Think that's why I really liked it. Also meant I could sit at table and have dinner with my partner as was like having a meal. I don't normally when I have soup/shake. Not sure how a meat eater would find it though.
I'm eating it now. It's quite nice. It's actually quite big too. I mean don't get me wrong it's nothing like my version but it's ok. Might add mushrooms next time. X
Some people will prob love it. I hate any all the soups, all the powdered shakes and only have the banana tetra and peanut and lemon bars so quite picky lol. X
I don't see my Consultant for a few weeks ( 31st Jan ) so I've bought some Exante Spaghetti Bol £10.50 including postage for 14. I love a bargain and worth it just to try it and have a bit extra variety.
I'm lucky that I enjoy 95% of the Cambridge products which is the only reason I won't change to another meal replacement diet, I just don't think others are as good but for that price its worth the risk . . . .
I'm low on bars and like a bar or risotto a day just so I feel as though I'm having something if that makes sense.
Will stock up on the spag Bol when I do see my consultant
I'm exactly the same Liz. I can't stand the powdered shakes or soups. I can only have the chocolate tetras.
The bolognes tastes like a tomato soup with pasta and quorn in. Don't get me wrong.... I'm I'm feeling the need to eat, at least I know I can force this down my throat to calm the hunger.
