    Go lower bars

I was out today without my packs and absolutely STARVING. I needed something to eat so I found a Go Lower bar. It had 120kcals, 5g carbohydrate and 7g Fibre. I tried to make the best choice that I could in terms of food. Do you think the Go Lower bar is okay? I will miss one of my packs today. Means I'll have a bit of a vitamin deficit but nutritionally, the Go Lower bar was similar to a Cambridge bar (only with more fibre).

Should be okay, do you think?

It's not the same as a CD pack but a lot better than a burger

I use a variety of low carb bars now I'm not losing and they are a good alternative to fast food in emergencies.

Just one shouldn't knock you out of ketosis. Regularly wouldn't be great though, the vitamins, minerals and protein from the packs are really important on CD.

Thank you for the reply! Don't plan on making it regular, I just had a lot to do and no fuel on which to do them!

I used them when I did Atkins and they were fine. They're well pricey, though!

(And to be honest, I could use the fibre.....)
