    2nd week

    Hi
    Started this diet on 5th jan. Weighed 21st6.
    Lost 14lbs . Now 20st6. Next weigh in the 19th. Hopefully lose again

    Hi. Lost 11.5 in wk 1. Lost 6 in wk2. So 17.5 lbs in two weeks.

    I've returned under a new username, having lost weight about 5 years ago and regained it two years later (due to not doing all the steps and facing a major life crisis)

    wk 1: -13lb (was 9 days due to Consultant being on holiday)
    wk 2: -3lb (was 5 days since last weigh in) TotLoss: 16lb
