Hi i am currently at the end of week 3 and the past 2 nights i have been experiencing bad nightmares that i am blipping and giving up then i wake up in a sweat thinking ive done all this for nothing. Then i am relieved when i wake up because i know i am still on the plan and i havent blipped lol. Is this normal?

you have just reminded me that the first time I did this diet I had some pretty wacky dreams. I have a faint (possibly false) memory that this is common. I have had a few nights of great dreams (I like nightmares, so when I say great, it means I've had high emotions in them and they verged on nightmares). ... As I say, I enjoy nightmares so it's a positive side effect for me.

And I often dreamed I'd eaten!

Thats what i dreamt, i was relieved when i woke up because my weigh in tomorrow and in my dream/nightmare i had eaten a kebab and chips and garlic bread all in one haha. Looking forward to my 3rd weigh in, hope its a good one because i have stuck to it 100% this week.. Are you ok and how is your journey so far Zecond?

I think it is a good sign that you have dreams like that. You wake up feeling awful, because you would be disappointed (at least) if you let yourself down and ate something you weren't supposed to.

Good luck with the weigh in. I hope you get a good result, especially as you were disappointed last week.

Yeah, I'm doing good. I resisted buying cheese today, when I had to go buy some water (I like sparkling water to mix things up a bit :) ) and some chicken breast (as I'm on step 2 for a couple more weeks before going to Step 1. Cheese is difficult for me to resist. Yay me for not buying any.

I'm due for my next weigh in tomorrow but my CDC is on holiday so I'm weighing on Tuesday instead.

Oh i like cheese on my chips thats the type of food i crave some days (Kebabs chips cheesburgers etc.), Good Luck on your weigh in on Tuesday :)
