    getting into ketosis.

    I hateeeeeee the first 3 days, they feel like HELL.
    the worst side affect of getting into ketosis for me is probably the moodiness. I'm SOOO moody the first 3 days until I reach ketosis.
    today is day 3, so I'm hoping by tomorrow i'll be in ketosis. It usually never takes me longer than 3 days.

    Whats everyone elses first few days like? xx

    you can of course do what ever you want to do. I'm curious why you chose to do cambridge and slimming world rather than just follow step 2 or step 3 of Cambridge.
    I've returned under a new username, having lost weight about 5 years ago and regained it two years later (due to not doing all the steps and facing a major life crisis)

    Started on Step 2
    wk 1: -14lb (was 9 days due to Consultant being on holiday)
    wk 2: -2lb (was 5 days since last weigh in) TotLoss: 16lb
