i have been doing quite well but since time off for my birthday on 24th February I just haven't been able to get back on the diet. Weight wise I haven't done too bad - only put 2lb on but I am eating for England. I won't begin to tell you what I've put away today and I want and need to nip it in the bud. Every day I start well but just can't do it. I am close to tears. Last night I tried my nice clothes on and they fit .... What more motivation do I need????? Please help
 
There's a thread at the top of the forum, 50 reasons to loose weight, maybe give that a read, it's a long one but some of them will really hit you and it will help :)
rememeber how much your paying to do this too! It's not cheap and then having the junk on top... If you can stick the money you'd spend on buying the junk in a jar, and save it for something really nice, like a good handbag or scalf or shoes, what ever is your weakness. You'd be suprised how quickly the 50p's for Mars bars can add up!
 
I wish there was something I could say that would help you. Unfortunately, I've been where you are at and there was nothing anyone could say. I had so many reasons to stick to the diet, but I just wasn't ready in myself.

Be nice to yourself. You will get there when you are ready.

Thanks girls, I just wish I could be where I was a few weeks ago, I still WANT to do it, I just feel like I CANT do it. Its nearly lunch time, I am at work, and I could murder a sandwich with crisps :(

Mia you CAN do it mind over matter tell urself to get thru today then do the same tomorrow and the day after one day one step at a time. Losing weight doesn't have to be a race ul get there when u get there. And don't worry about slip ups it happens xx be strong xx

I get days like that hell I get a week like that as u can see from my gain weeks it's like bordering binge eating it's sickening that's what is bad about this diet if ur struggling and craving food if u give in to it u can't stop it's murder lol but don't worry Mia u will get fed up of it and want to ss again soon xxx
 
I can't even begin to describe how similar our situations are. We even have the same birthday.I was going so so well and was up to Step 4. But i celebrated my Birthday on February 24th and let myself have a day off for that and ever since i have been binging like crazy and eating so much junk food and i can't seem to control myself. My weight has piled on and my stoamche is so huge. I feel as though i've wasted the whole diet and i don't know what to do to get back on track and reverse as much of the cheating as possible....We can do it together!!!! Should we go back to sole source for a week and then return to the actual step were meant to be on? Which step are you on?Xx

Would be good to join you guys I'm really struggling to at the moment. I need all the support I can get. If I'm still like like this come June I will be so dissapointed in myself. With a family holiday to look forward to I should be giving this 100% but it's so hard at the moment. We could do this together:)

Yes I'm on that step as well and so need to get back to 100% all day, every day:) still want to shift another 4 stone. Fresh start tomorrow. We will keep each other updated and see how we are getting on.

I'm in too restarting today!! 3 shakes no cheats!!
 
I've been on my scales I've put on 4lbs. But I'm ready to shift that and more hopefully in the first week back to 100%. We can do it.
