So.....I restarted AGAIN on Monday only to be floored on Tues with a tummy bug, I'm starting to feel a little better now but still very weak. I've lost 8 1/4 lbs this week and not from doing CD. So, my question is, should I go straight back on cambridge now I feel like eating a little or have a couple of days of normalish eating til I'm back to full fitness? Obviously it would be lovely not put any of those 8lbs back on but I realise it's an artificial loss........
