Slipped up

I've been finding this week really hard, it's my first two weeks and have had 3 times out where I went on the ss+ I have another evening out tomorrow for a birthday where I will do the ss+ again but today has been really tough! I have had to make a birthday cake for tomorrow and I usualy eat the crumbs with the icing to taste it. Whilst making it I didn't do this but I just ran out to the kitchen and binged on the icing and crumbs. So annoyed with myself! The first two weeks have been so hard with all these meals out!
 
Well done for that initial will power it is hard! I had to make a cake for our works cake sale last week and ate a bunch of offcuts (whoops). But forgive yourself, drink plenty of water and remember why your doing this in the first place, it's all differcult to start with but you get into a groove with It, I promise :) just hold tight on your meals out and have a sensible option, like a step 2 or ss+ style meal (I always end up with chicken salad with any bready cheesey rubbish taken out)
