    how often do you weigh yourself?

    do you ONLY weigh yourself at yr weekly weigh in with yr cdc or do you do it more often during the week?

    i used to weigh myself everyday at 1 point but not so much now. I think this week i'll probably cheat and have a sneaky look even though im going to TRY my hardest not to so i have a surprise next tuesday....


    20/03/13, begining of my new life, no room for failure
    14st 1lb, is a start, but will never be seen again

    week1....-6lb.....13st9lb
    had to take 6 weeks off because of knee surgery, the rules apparenty!!
    started again today at
    13st 6.5lbs......-2.5lbs

    I must admit I am also a serial scale hopper and weigh myself two or three times in the morning ( once on my own scales and once on the scales I use as a CDC) and again before I go to bed,
    * think I may have a problem mmmm*

    Though i don't seem bothered if I gain a pound or so in that time as I only count my 'official ' weight on a monday morning!

    Start weight 16st 6 lbs

    1st goal, get under 16st = done

    week 1 - 13lb

    week 2 - 4lb

    week 3 - 3lb

    2nd goal, get under 15st = done

    week 4 - 3lb

    week 5 - 2lb chuffed with that as I went from morning weigh in to evening.

    week 6 - 3lb 2 stone gone happy happy happy.

    week 7 - 2lb could be better, stuck to it 100%.

    week 8 - 3lb next week will be under 14, i'm determined.

    3rd goal get under 14st. Done.


    week 9 - 2lb

    week 10 - 4lb woop woop

    week 11 - 2lb not bad been ill. Just not eaten anything. Not even shakes, just shows you need to eat

    Week 12 - 2lb

    Week 13 - 2lb

    Week 14 STS planned week off

    Week 15. - 3lb
    4th goal get under 13st

    5th goal reach goal weight 12&half stone

    I lose count of how many times I weigh myself. I swear if I didn't have things to do in the day I'd never get off them!




    1st Goal = Get back down to 13st (weight I was before coming off CD)
    2nd Goal = Get into a size 14 comfortably
    3rd Goal = Reach 12st where my CDC sponsers me to be a CDC!!!

    Hips:39 Dress size 12 fits best but still have some 14's and a couple of 10's !!

    Christmas Day 2010- 24 st 7lbs ( was still this on June 25th 2011 when I finally got my act together)
