Will you do the lowest plan??? which is SS and then you can SS+ which is 3 shakes and a small meal or 4 shakes and 200ml of SSmilk and then move up gradually through all the differently benchmarked stages until you have lost all your weight and are in maintenance.
Its great more choice of flavours and products you will love it.

but on the bright side I weighed myself this morning and have lost a stone already! That is what is motivating me to keep with it this first week, every other day I have weighed myself and seen the pounds dropping off and I measured myself mid week and have lost 4 inches from my hips, 2 from my waist and 1 from my bust. if I hadn't weighed and measured I would have given in by now.
